Bell Micro’s Raphael Matos Qualifies on 4th row for Indy 500
Matos qualified with a very clean and fast run and will start next weekends 94th running of the Indy 500 from the outside of row four. He was the 12th fastest qualifier in the 33-car field at a speed of 225.028 MPH. His time was only 1.746 MPH off the pole time of Helio Castroneves. Matos will share the fourth row with Justin Wilson and Townsend Bell.
Matos or the Luczo Dragon/de Ferran Motorsports crew focused on the car set up for the race and expect to be very competitive next Sunday.
The race can be seen live on ABC TV Sunday May 30th.
